Our churches have a long tradition of making an annual “stewardship form” available to everyone who calls this “yoked” church family their home. We are continuing to develop this as a useful tool, both for the administration of our church and for your own planning purposes. A few thoughts on the form.
First, this stewardship form is a way for every person to participate. It is a way for each of us to say, “I’m grateful for this church and I want to play a part in its health, vitality and growth.”
Secondly, this form is aimed at helping you reflect on exactly how you want to contribute. To say it another way, this form should help you aim your desire for the health, vitality and growth of our church in a specific direction.
Thirdly, this form is something that should be filled in prayerfully. Ask yourself, “How might God be calling me to steward the gifts He has given me for the building up of this church family?”
