Week of July 2, 2023

Summer Sundays in Hanover Center!  A reminder that, starting this Sunday (July 2), we move up the road a wee bit to our Summer worship home at the Hanover Center Church!  We hope to see you live and in person at 6 Parade Ground Road  in Hanover Center (or "Etna" if you're doing online navigation!) or on Zoom if you're away or if you prefer to worship with us online.   Summer services in the historic church in Hanover Center are always special.  Please join us if you're able to do so!
Summer Bible Discussions:  This year, we're pleased to announce that  both of our weekly Bible studies will continue through the summer!   Starting this Sunday July 2nd we'll meet in the vestry in Hanover Center from 9  to 9:45 am for a discussion of the book of Esther.
Our Wednesday morning Bible study group, discussing Bible passages from and related to the previous Sunday's message, will continue to meet on Wednesday mornings at 10 am in Trumbull Hall at the Etna church.  You can also join us "live" via Zoom for the Wednesday morning discussions.  Please contact the church office to get the Zoom link.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  There will be no Wednesday morning Bible study on July 5th (i.e., next Wednesday). The Wednesday study will resume on July 12th.

Our Bible discussions have proven to be deep, insightful, invigorating, and -- yes -- fun!   Please join us for either or both groups as and if your schedule permits.  We'd really love to see and to hear from you!

Mark your calendars, tell your friends, come for a time of great music, Christian fellowship, and pie and ice cream.

The date for the “Joyful Bells” Christmas concert will be Sunday, December 10th at 1:30 pm.
Listen Dinners:  Thanks to those who've volunteered, we will be able to provide support for cooking and serving the Listen meal on July 3rd!  There may be an opening for one more person to help -- please contact Laurie Wadsworth for information or to volunteer for future meals!  It's a vital and rewarding opportunity to serve our Upper Valley neighbors in the spirit of James' epistle!
